Base Salary
$105k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration promotion across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Administer OCI compute, networking, storage, and IAM resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments.
- Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, environment replication, disaster recovery, failover, backup/restore, and remediation using Terraform, Python, and related tools.
- Maintain configuration baselines, change control, release management, auditability, and compliance with NIST and FIPS requirements.
- Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, impact analysis, rollback procedures, environment refreshes, data masking, and sandbox provisioning.
- Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability and meet uptime service-level agreements.
- Develop operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and infrastructure artifacts for operations and ATO documentation.
- Serve as the platform technical authority, define standards and design direction, participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, and lead and mentor engineering and functional team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- 10+ years of cloud platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or enterprise systems administration experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or comparable FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Strong proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or comparable CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, deployment orchestration, and monitoring.
- Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP control baselines, configuration baselining, change control, and enterprise release management.
- Preferred qualifications include 11+ years of experience, Oracle Cloud certifications, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience, NIST SP 800-128 familiarity, disaster recovery and business continuity experience, Kubernetes and Docker knowledge, federal ATO/RMF experience, and OIC experience.
