Responsibilities
- Build and improve production LLM communication, sales intelligence, content quality, lead qualification, and executive-assistant pipelines.
- Maintain RAG systems with embeddings, vector search, chunking, re-ranking, hybrid search, and context handling.
- Build asynchronous ingestion workers, semantic search APIs, scheduled jobs, dashboards, and AI usage monitoring.
- Integrate Slack, email, scheduling workflows, external data sources, and real-time LLM tool use or function calling.
- Debug classification and retrieval issues while optimizing LLM cost, latency, quality, and performance.
- Expand multi-agent content systems and automated audit and quality gates across additional formats and use cases.
Requirements
- Production experience deploying Claude or OpenAI in live systems.
- Experience building RAG systems with embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
- At least 2 years of TypeScript and Node.js experience.
- 2–3 years of experience building end-to-end production systems across backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Strong React skills, including component architecture, state management, and performance.
- Experience with PostgreSQL queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with REST, OAuth, webhooks, Linux servers, SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker.
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
- Preferred qualifications include multi-agent LLM orchestration, Anthropic Claude prompt engineering and tool use, pgvector or Pinecone, Slack bot development, Meta/Google/LinkedIn ad APIs, LLM observability, and Cursor or Claude Code.
