Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing full-stack features and end-to-end UI flows, including code, tests, and documentation.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and integrations supporting reliable, data-rich user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, UI Research, and design teams to translate customer needs into intuitive experiences.
- Own software solutions from design through release, emphasizing security, resilience, performance, and maintainability.
- Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and libraries that improve the product and engineering workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development and automation to improve engineering workflows, cloud deployment, and SRE practices.
- Contribute to technical discussions, planning, and cross-functional process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and delivering user-facing full-stack applications.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills with hands-on modern web application development experience.
- Experience with React and related technologies such as Redux, Jest, Storybook, or Cypress.
- Backend development experience, ideally with Python, plus a good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data flows.
- Experience building single-page, data-intensive applications with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating with product and design teams.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML-enabled development tools, developer automation, cloud platforms, or SRE and deployment practices.
