Responsibilities
- Implement full-stack frontend and backend features under the guidance of senior engineers
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build globally scalable user-facing features
- Develop efficient and maintainable code while balancing performance, security, and reliability
- Write unit tests, participate in QA cycles, and help monitor production performance
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and documentation while continuing to learn and grow
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience
- A B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or a similar engineering program
- English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building full-stack web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, a framework or library such as React, CSS, and HTML
- Backend object-oriented development experience, such as C#, and Web API development exposure
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong interest in learning frontend and backend best practices
- Preferred familiarity with React or Ember, cloud technologies, Kafka, microservices, and automated testing of web and backend services
