Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web applications, APIs, UI, and database layers.
- Perform API testing with Postman and REST Assured.
- Maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Manage defects through Jira and collaborate with developers on resolution.
- Participate in QA sign-offs, release readiness reviews, and team ceremonies.
- Integrate automated tests into Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Improve QA processes and expand automation coverage.
Requirements
- B.Tech or BE in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of manual and automation QA experience.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and REST Assured.
- Good SQL skills for data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and defect lifecycles.
- Understanding of QA metrics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
