Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain production-ready algorithms for robotic grasping.
- Apply robotics research and techniques to practical industrial manufacturing problems.
- Translate complex partner requirements into reliable, functional, and scalable technical solutions.
- Improve the core robotics software framework and maintain high code quality and system reliability.
- Test, deploy, integrate, and validate robotics solutions across physical hardware and industrial tasks.
- Collaborate with roboticists and application engineers to contribute to robotics product launches.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in robotics.
- Exceptional programming skills in C++ and Python with experience writing clean, efficient, production-quality software.
- Strong knowledge of linear algebra, spatial transformations, kinematics, and rigid body dynamics.
- Direct experience testing, deploying, and iterating on physical robot hardware.
- Preferred: PhD in Robotics or a related field focused on motion planning, controls, or grasping.
- Preferred: experience or interest in robotic grasping and manipulation projects.
- Preferred: experience across the robotics stack, including kinematics, motion generation, system integration, and testing.
