Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration.
- Test deployed Boomi processes and validate data integrity.
- Support clients during billing system transitions with zero downtime.
- Monitor integration health and respond to alerts across client environments.
- Investigate and resolve system alerts to prevent data discrepancies.
- Serve as Level 2 technical escalation for sync issues.
- Communicate with client IT contacts during escalations and outages.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to trace data flow across systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and integration platforms like Boomi.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and alerting systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing time-sensitive issues.
