Responsibilities

  • Architect and design resilient Import/Export services that meet SLO and SLA targets.
  • Decompose complex problems into cloud-native designs and deliver measurable milestones.
  • Build and support Relativity software products, including React and TypeScript front-end architecture.
  • Develop accessible, performant UIs using modern React, hooks, context, and reliable state management.
  • Own production systems by leading on-call procedures, root cause analyses, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Use observability data to prioritize work, automate alerts, expose trustworthy metrics, and reduce MTTR and incident volume.
  • Optimize CI/CD automation and deployment governance.
  • Partner with Product and Design on roadmap decisions, reusable component libraries, design systems, and UI standards.
  • Mentor team members on code quality, technical debt management, frontend development, UI, accessibility, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Advanced React and TypeScript expertise.
  • Front-end testing expertise integrated into CI pipelines.
  • At least 5 years of experience shipping C#/.NET or similar services with measurable reliability or performance improvements.
  • Experience architecting distributed SaaS systems and translating business needs into resilient designs.
  • Production ownership experience, including leading on-call rotations, root cause analyses, and telemetry-driven reliability improvements.
  • Experience with cloud-native delivery; the team uses Azure, though any cloud experience is acceptable.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, automated testing, and deployment governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • English fluency for technical communication.
  • Preferred: experience leading microservice work for high-volume event-driven workloads.
  • Preferred: experience mentoring frontend teams and building design systems and component libraries.
