Responsibilities

Drive AI Product Development in Risk by shaping architecture and implementation of AI-powered risk systems.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Risk Strategy, Compliance, and Operations to create resilient software.
Lead technical projects from concept to production, defining solutions and analyzing tradeoffs.
Write clear, testable, and maintainable code while establishing best practices.
Design extensible platform systems and own the quality of your work through monitoring.
Model a culture of operational excellence with a focus on observability and reliability.
Approach problems with a product mindset, considering business impact alongside technical design.
Mentor and elevate team members by sharing knowledge and fostering sustainable engineering practices.

5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Payments or Risk.
Expertise in building and launching applied Agentic AI products with strong business impact.
Proven success in developing large-scale distributed systems with decision automation.
Ability to balance urgency with craftsmanship, ensuring quality engineering.
Track record of raising the bar for quality and operational excellence.
Creativity and adaptability in finding innovative solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence teams.
Experience or curiosity about KYC, AML, risk, or compliance systems in financial services.
