Responsibilities
- Build ByteDance’s global infrastructure digital platform and backend business operation systems for procurement, delivery, planning, asset management, data center operations, and cost management.
- Perform full-cycle development from requirements analysis and solution design through feasibility studies, implementation, and unit testing.
- Respond to and resolve critical live issues and production emergencies.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrate passion for programming, solid coding ability, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Be proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go, or C/C++.
- Have experience using and optimizing MySQL and Redis, and solid knowledge of Linux systems and TCP/UDP and HTTP protocols.
- Experience understanding mainstream framework source code is preferred.
- Demonstrate learning agility, responsibility, initiative, communication, and collaboration skills.
