Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, resilient, high-performance Python applications and Gen AI solutions.
- Implement features and technical solutions as a code-contributing member of an Agile team.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and contribute to system architecture and design.
- Design, develop, and consume secure APIs and inter-application integrations.
- Build automated deployment pipelines and work with cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex distributed applications and systems.
- Use AI tools and models, write agents and skills, and create agentic frameworks for development workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers, provide technical guidance, evaluate emerging technologies, and support compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Applications Development or Systems Analysis with substantial Python experience.
- Expert-level Python application development experience, including frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Experience delivering complex software projects from inception through production deployment.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed-system design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with databases, secure APIs, CI/CD systems, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, application security, and Git.
- Practical experience with Gen AI concepts, AI/ML tools and frameworks, AI models, and agentic AI development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Java experience, familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js, and financial-services, regulatory, and compliance knowledge.
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and adapt to changing requirements.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range: $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
