Base Salary
$180k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for Finance systems, including ERP, close management, planning and consolidation, data pipelines, and adjacent tooling.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and establish architectural standards, integration patterns, and data governance practices.
- Configure, integrate, maintain, and personally deliver systems engineering work across Finance platforms.
- Design and build integrations between Finance systems and upstream and downstream data sources.
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines and a Finance data warehouse using tools such as Workato and BigQuery.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation for Finance system issues.
- Support M&A workstreams through systems due diligence, gap analysis, integration planning, and cutover.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to Finance leadership and help stakeholders prioritize, size, and sequence technology work.
- Manage a small high-impact team and partner with Corporate Engineering, Data Engineering, and Security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Finance technology stacks, including ERP, P2P, R2R, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, Adaptive, Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Workday, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Hands-on proficiency with systems integration and data modeling in a Finance context.
- Experience building and managing data pipelines, including familiarity with iPaaS platforms and data warehousing solutions such as Workato and BigQuery.
- Familiarity with analytics engineering practices and tools such as Hex and Looker.
- Experience supporting M&A workstreams is preferred.
- Experience at a high-growth public technology company, with Corporate Engineering or shared-services models, and exposure to SOX compliance are bonus qualifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate across executive architecture discussions and detailed technical implementation.

- The role is a U.S.-based position with a base salary range of $180,200—$252,300 USD and may include equity and, depending on the position offered, commission.
