Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications using .NET full-stack development.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, design patterns, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production and ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product delivery with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and product goals.
- Drive innovation and modernization initiatives involving cloud, DevOps, AI, automation, and engineering toolchains.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in .NET and multiple programming languages, software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization, infrastructure as code, and cloud delivery practices using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and lead complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience with architectural design, cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
