$185k - $305k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of Ditto's managed Kubernetes platform across AKS, EKS, and GKE.
- Design and implement cross-cloud identity and authentication systems.
- Build secure access infrastructure for operations teams.
- Architect cloud account governance systems for provisioning and policy enforcement.
- Design ingress and traffic management patterns for cloud-native solutions.
- Create infrastructure lifecycle tooling for Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure capabilities with product roadmap.
Requirements
- Deep experience with managed Kubernetes platforms in production environments.
- Strong multi-cloud fluency and understanding of cloud provider differences.
- Track record of solving complex authentication and identity challenges.
- Systems thinking orientation with a focus on long-term infrastructure evolution.
- Comfort with enterprise customer requirements and security standards.
- Ability to operate under timeline pressure with real consequences.
- Proactive attitude towards leveraging AI for automation and decision-making.
