Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable software and automation solutions.
- Build and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, IIS, and Windows.
- Manage and resolve automation tool issues through incident, problem, and change tickets following ITIL processes.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, reporting, and dashboarding solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, development teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, secure coding, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects according to plan, budget, quality, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with relevant software development, automation, and/or DevOps experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation solutions with ASP.NET, C#, SQL/NoSQL, and Python.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and IIS on Windows.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk, Tableau, Power BI, Kibana, or Grafana.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, GitLab, observability solutions, Jira or similar ticketing systems, and infrastructure-as-code practices is highly valued.
- Basic knowledge of generative AI tools, data analytics, and machine learning is desirable.
