Responsibilities
- Own business-critical AI challenges and partner with teams to identify customer problems.
- Build end-to-end solutions for a world-class AI platform.
- Ship incrementally, measure impact, and iterate on ideas.
- Mentor engineers on AI engineering best practices and tools.
- Take ownership of projects and drive for impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep experience building AI/ML platforms at scale.
- Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production.
- Experience designing AI infrastructure beyond just models.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience mentoring and raising the bar for engineering teams.
