Base Salary
$195k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic ANEs to manage complex migrations and build production-ready PoCs.
- Build migration planners, reusable systems, and deployment automation scripts.
- Create pre-built GenAI agents and solution templates tailored to business needs.
- Act as the technical voice for product development, surfacing architectural gaps.
- Lead early testing and integration of emerging AI frameworks.
- Co-develop delivery frameworks with partners for high-quality deployments.
- Produce demo kits and deployment guides to support new product releases.
Requirements
- Significant experience in the AI/ML lifecycle and hosting large language models.
- Expertise in modern GPU families and their software stacks.
- Hands-on experience with distributed inference serving frameworks.
- Strong production coding skills in Python or Go.
- Proven ability to benchmark AI infrastructure and optimize performance.
- Ability to establish technical credibility with CTOs and manage migrations.
