Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive Stuut’s frontend technical vision in partnership with design and backend teams
- Build responsive and performant Vue.js applications for complex B2B financial workflows
- Translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions with cross-functional partners
- Improve frontend processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity, code quality, and team impact
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
- Strong proficiency with Vue.js, including Vue 3, TypeScript, state management, and modern frontend build tools
- Deep experience building complex, data-heavy applications with responsive design and frontend testing frameworks
- Experience working in early-stage, high-growth startup environments and building systems and processes from the ground up
- Ability to engage directly with customers to understand workflow needs and translate them into polished experiences
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend engineering culture
