Base Salary
$152k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive frontend architecture decisions for a consumer-facing product.
- Build and refine polished web experiences and user-facing features.
- Partner with product managers, designers, quality assurers, and engineers.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to manage multiple workstreams and focus on architecture and technical execution.
- Maintain frontend tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests.
- Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions across teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing for web or mobile platforms in an established codebase.
- Expertise in TypeScript and React, with proficiency in GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering concepts, and frontend tooling.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices.
- Expertise maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI.
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing using tools such as Cypress, Jest, Testim, or Detox.
- Expert-level fluency with agentic AI workflows and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- React Native experience is a plus.
- Experience with Golang, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Java is advantageous.
