Base Salary

$152k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive frontend architecture decisions for a consumer-facing product.
  • Build and refine polished web experiences and user-facing features.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, quality assurers, and engineers.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to manage multiple workstreams and focus on architecture and technical execution.
  • Maintain frontend tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests.
  • Mentor engineers and communicate technical decisions across teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing for web or mobile platforms in an established codebase.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and React, with proficiency in GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering concepts, and frontend tooling.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices.
  • Expertise maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI.
  • Experience with unit and end-to-end testing using tools such as Cypress, Jest, Testim, or Detox.
  • Expert-level fluency with agentic AI workflows and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • React Native experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Golang, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Java is advantageous.
