Base Salary

$114k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build polished, responsive web interfaces for consumer and professional audiences from initial sketches through shipped products.
  • Own interaction design, prototyping, user flows, and end-to-end user experience decisions in partnership with product and design.
  • Build accessible, high-performance UI with React and TypeScript and contribute to the shared component system.
  • Create intuitive interfaces for 3D and digital-twin content, including modular, themeable, and templatable experiences.
  • Partner with design, product, and backend engineers to move ambiguous ideas into production.
  • Extend component libraries and design tokens to support consistency at scale.
  • Tune web experiences for fast loads, smooth interactions, and healthy Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience shipping polished consumer and professional web products to real audiences.
  • Experience driving interaction design, prototyping, and user-flow decisions rather than only implementing design handoffs.
  • Fluency with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS layout, with strong visual attention to detail.
  • Experience building inclusive interfaces with WCAG, keyboard, and screen-reader support.
  • Experience creating modular UI, customizable platforms, themeable interfaces, and templates that users can adapt without code.
  • Ability to extend component libraries and design-token systems for consistency at scale.
  • Clear technical communication and effective collaboration across multifunctional teams.
  • Preferred experience with Figma and both design and front-end development.
  • Preferred experience with 3D or interactive graphics on the web, including WebGL, WebGPU, three.js, or Babylon.js.
  • Preferred experience with motion and micro-interactions, data visualization, complex canvas-based interfaces, open-source projects, or design systems.

  • U.S. base pay range of $114,100-$214,950 annually, with geographic ranges varying by location.
