Responsibilities

Develop complex code and complete logic and algorithm design based on functional specifications.
Translate software requirements into design specifications and maintain consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
Perform complex peer code reviews and evaluate the broader product impact of changes.
Lead and influence team standards, processes, planning, estimation, solution demos, and implementation design discussions.
Contribute to delivery pipelines, test automation, security, performance, continuous integration, and continuous software delivery.
Mentor, coach, and provide constructive technical feedback to team members.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
Significant experience with Python and preferably Java, plus a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, AWS platforms, and Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms.
Experience with unit and integration testing; e2e testing with Playwright is a plus.
Experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, continuous software delivery, and continuous integration tools.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, influencing, consensus-building, and independent project-management abilities.
B2/C1 level of English.
