Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while supporting scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Support integration techniques and data flow between enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger.
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Commitment Control.
- Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and data flows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
