Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade generative AI, LLM, and agentic systems including copilots, domain assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
- Design planning, orchestration, reviewer, evaluator, and execution agents with human-in-the-loop controls, safety mechanisms, and monitoring.
- Build LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, vector search capabilities, knowledge bases, and LLMOps processes.
- Translate business and investment challenges into scalable architectures and production-ready AI services.
- Develop React and TypeScript front ends, Python or Java back-end services, APIs, microservices, data solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
- Apply machine learning, feature engineering, model explainability, validation, and financial analytics to decision-relevant solutions.
- Establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, observability, monitoring, and reliability.
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, use-case owners, and control functions to move prototypes into enterprise deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale distributed applications and production-grade AI or generative AI solutions.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills plus Python or Java engineering experience, including APIs, microservices, and asynchronous application design.
- Experience with BigQuery, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architectures, Git-based development, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Practical expertise in LLM applications, AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic or hybrid search, model evaluation, and LLMOps.
- Grounding in machine learning, feature engineering, model explainability, analytical modeling, and relevant Python machine learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products is highly desirable, including asset management, ETFs or mutual funds, and investment performance and risk metrics.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions, structure ambiguity, manage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical choices, and support responsible use of AI and data.
