Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade generative AI and agentic systems, including copilots, assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
- Design agent planning, orchestration, evaluation, execution, human-in-the-loop controls, safety mechanisms, and monitoring.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, vector-search systems, and LLMOps capabilities.
- Build full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, data solutions, and cloud-native distributed systems.
- Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, feature engineering, explainability, and validation to financial use cases.
- Define reusable engineering patterns and support the progression of prototypes from proof of concept to enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, use-case owners, technology teams, and control functions.
- Support technical strategy, architecture decisions, engineering standards, dependency management, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale distributed applications and production-grade AI or generative AI solutions.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills with Python or Java engineering experience, including APIs, microservices, and asynchronous applications.
- Experience with BigQuery, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architectures, Git-based development, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, and automated testing.
- Practical expertise in LLM applications, AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic or hybrid search, model evaluation, and LLMOps.
- Experience with orchestration, evaluation, and observability tools and with Python machine-learning libraries.
- Knowledge of machine learning, feature engineering, model explainability, analytical modeling, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products is highly desirable, including asset management, ETFs or mutual funds, and investment performance and risk metrics.
- Strong ownership, judgment, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
