Responsibilities

Design and deploy innovative Seller Center features that improve the online retail experience.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to develop effective solutions.
Use the SCAYLE platform to manage product and order information.
Improve application performance through SQL query optimization.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users.
Explore AI-supported features to streamline workflow processes.

Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Have experience with Django 5.x, Tailwind, HTMX, or other lightweight JavaScript frameworks, or a desire to learn them.
Have experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data storage technologies.
Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and actively maintain codebase quality.
Be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
Have fluent German comprehension skills at C1 level; spoken German is a plus but not essential.
Have excellent coding skills in Python and extensive Django knowledge.
Know frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Open-source contributions are a plus.
Experience with greenfield projects or startup environments is a plus.
