Base Salary

$100k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-incident investigations and conduct root-cause analyses for the Site Reliability team.
  • Develop preventive strategies, write customer-facing RCAs, and proactively reduce incident impact.
  • Maintain and configure observability tools and create client-focused dashboards and alerts.
  • Track and improve time-to-resolution metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders throughout the SRE process.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Operations, SRE, Engineering, Observability, and business teams to improve scalability, stability, and development patterns.
  • Contribute to incident-response automation and cross-train colleagues on observability tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven Site Reliability Engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SRE best practices, incident management, observability, SaaS operations, and public cloud environments.
  • Deep experience using or configuring New Relic, Datadog, SumoLogic, or similar observability tools.
  • Proficiency reading and writing code such as JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, with AWS strongly preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting C#/.NET web applications and identifying bugs or performance challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving, data-driven incident analysis, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Windows and SQL Server troubleshooting, CI/CD pipeline knowledge, and Infrastructure as Code experience.
