Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise solutions for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Develop ERP extensions, reports, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data conversion processes.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with product, architecture, business, QA, and global stakeholder teams.
- Design and execute unit tests and support integration, regression, and UAT cycles.
- Create technical documentation covering design, integration, scalability, performance, and security.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement reusable frameworks and integrations.
- Design and implement GenAI use cases for Oracle ERP, developer productivity, business-process automation, and intelligent reporting.
- Present technical solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree such as a master's or MBA.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 development and configuration, with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Proficiency with PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Workflow.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, integrations, extensions, and FBDI or ADFdi data conversions.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Experience with JSON and XML data formats and enterprise application architecture.
- Familiarity with Spring, Node.js, or Angular.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience delivering solutions in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related enterprise domains.
- Understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
- Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI AI Services, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, NLP frameworks, vector databases, or orchestration tools.
- Experience with embeddings, retrieval patterns such as RAG, and AI application evaluation.
- Experience with Java or Python, data modeling, process-flow design, and tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, MS Project, or Visio.
- Oracle ERP or Cloud certifications are preferred.
