Base Salary
$130k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Knowledge, and other Salesforce clouds.
- Develop hands-on solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, formulas, assignment rules, and email alerts.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
- Manage Salesforce data updates and migrations using Data Loader and similar tools.
- Participate in Agile development, analyze and assign user stories, collaborate with Product Owners, and document technical designs and approaches.
- Manage code reviews, write unit and integration tests, maintain high test coverage, and troubleshoot production defects.
- Lead technical delivery and mentor junior development team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with complex projects and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, including Service Cloud and at least one of Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Scheduled classes, and Batch classes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
- Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, Salesforce deployment processes, deployment best practices, and DevOps tools.
- Ability to work in an Agile collaborative environment and manage task assignments within Agile frameworks.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Certified Administrator, or Certified Advanced Administrator credentials are strongly preferred.
- Application or Technical Architecture certification or experience is strongly preferred.
