Responsibilities
- Build and operate OCI’s business-critical Key Management Service for secure cryptographic key lifecycle management.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available distributed software systems and cloud-scale security infrastructure.
- Drive technical initiatives across the stack, including cryptographic-hardware integration and distributed-systems architecture.
- Create and refine prototypes for system validation and stakeholder feedback.
- Develop, test, and maintain secure APIs and robust integrations between systems.
- Design, analyze, and optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
- Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities in information assets and collaborate across OCI teams to deliver production-ready infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience, with preferred qualifications listing 3–6 years.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree with 4 years of software development experience, a relevant master’s degree with 2 years, or a relevant doctorate.
- At least 4 years of experience with programming or scripting languages such as SQL, C/C++, and JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of database experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud.
- Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems, software engineering, web development, operating systems, API development and integration, applied algorithm engineering, source control, and information vulnerability mitigation.
