Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
- Own solution design, technical evaluations, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams on new customer acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Support Professional Services partners with technical guidance during partner-led engagements.
- Represent GitLab at webinars, industry events, presentations, roundtables, panels, demonstration days, and hackathons.
- Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders and guide customers through digital transformation.
- Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
- Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Experience guiding Commercial and Enterprise customers through technical presales, consulting, solution design, and evaluation.
- Experience with India's GCCs, Digital Native organizations, or startups is highly valued.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations technologies.
- Ability to lead proofs of concept or value, contribute to tenders and audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills for practitioner, business, and technical audiences.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate with sales and Professional Services partners, and continuously learn new technologies.
