Responsibilities
- Use AI agents, agentic workflows, and coding harnesses as an integral part of daily software development.
- Review, validate, critically evaluate, and improve AI-generated solutions and code.
- Make sound technical decisions and take full ownership and accountability for delivered solutions.
- Apply software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills to build and deliver software.
- Provide technical leadership or mentoring and contribute to architecture and solution design when applicable.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP and/or Python.
- Extensive practical experience using AI agents in software development.
- Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
- Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership mindset and accountability for delivered solutions.
- Preferred: experience with both PHP and Python, technical leadership or mentoring, architecture and solution design, or cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or risk management experience.
