Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test full-stack applications spanning APIs through user interfaces for digital asset operations.
- Partner with business teams to translate ambiguous problems into technical plans and shipped software.
- Own deployed software end-to-end, including deployment, operations, and on-call support.
- Work across greenfield systems and existing codebases.
- Build and improve tooling and processes involving CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and internal cloud systems.
- Collaborate with software teams, trading desks, and business units.
- Mentor teammates and raise engineering practices on a small team.
- Evaluate and champion useful new technologies where appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong senior-level software engineering experience with crypto or digital-asset systems experience preferred.
- Deep Python expertise is a meaningful differentiator.
- Experience with cryptoassets, digital-asset operations, custody or wallet platforms, or closely adjacent high-stakes money-movement systems.
- Experience with DeFi, smart contracts, staking, or other on-chain systems is desirable.
- Full-stack development experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Strong relational data modeling fundamentals.
- Experience with GitOps and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with job orchestration systems such as Airflow or Prefect.
- Ability to independently drive projects to completion, work from high-level requirements, and engage deeply with business problems.
