Base Salary
$220k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize integrations between AI models and government systems.
- Collaborate on custom SDKs, APIs, and developer tools for government developers.
- Partner with agency stakeholders to understand requirements and prototype solutions.
- Ship production-grade code and features with a focus on speed and simplicity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field, or 2+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with scalable systems or AI/ML applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with large language models or generative AI is preferred.
- Familiarity with government technology environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
