Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions that enable efficient and consistent code building and deployment.
- Own and optimize the program’s CI/CD pipeline for the simulation environment.
- Troubleshoot build chains and CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Identify manual processes for automation and recommend process and infrastructure improvements.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure for mission-critical applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software integration, deployment, and operation.
- Apply DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability expertise.
Requirements
- STEM degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 7 years of experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date.
- Sole U.S. citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted for the program or contract.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Coverity, Nexus, Artifactory, and Splunk.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or comparable automation frameworks.
- Experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell or other server-side scripting languages.
- Experience with VMware, Proxmox, or another virtual environment.
- Experience with continuous integration for real-time testing and diagnostics in virtualized environments.
- Experience with Docker or Podman containers, or Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or related development IDEs.
- Experience integrating applications with IaaS or PaaS platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, VMware, or OpenStack.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and network or virtual network configuration.
- Preferred experience as an Agile Product Owner and with cloud networking, microservices, RESTful APIs, databases, data formats, legacy-system refactoring, cloud platforms, and relevant security or networking certifications.
- Preferred familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MonetDB, JSON, XML, YAML, XSD, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware Cloud.
