Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable, performant systems.
- Design and implement complex features and architectural improvements.
- Propose solutions to complex design problems.
- Identify engineering improvements and collaborate with product architects.
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and implementation guidance.
- Generate detailed specifications for development using GenAI.
- Handle complex escalations independently and guide others.
- Write technical blogs and present in internal and external forums.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Go, Python, C, C++, Java, or .Net.
- Strong programming skills in data structures, algorithms, and design concepts.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SoA).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with third-party API integrations at scale is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI based development is required.
- B.Tech / B.E / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
