Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Prioritize technical team activities according to IT leadership priorities and available capacity.
- Represent IT in project, business, vendor, and cross-functional engagements.
- Design, architect, and oversee complex software systems for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Lead the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Establish coding standards, development practices, configuration controls, and architectural best practices.
- Review technical designs, code, configurations, scripts, queries, APIs, and implementation approaches.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and schedule deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance, training, work direction, and subject matter expertise.
- Lead integrations among NICE CXone, Cognigy, CRM, and enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and vendor-platform issues through resolution.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and ensure teams are trained and equipped to use AI tools and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
- Five years of systems management and analysis experience.
- Three years of technology or architecture leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated technical leadership with NICE CXone in an enterprise contact center environment preferred.
- Experience implementing or supporting Cognigy AI or comparable enterprise conversational AI platforms preferred.
- Advanced SQL and data-analysis experience preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud or SaaS integrations, CRM integrations, observability, and production support preferred.
- Experience leading technical delivery across internal engineering teams, business partners, and external vendors preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies required.
- Project planning, project management, product management environment, and cloud technology experience preferred.
- Expertise in technical architecture, project management, team collaboration, NICE CXone, Cognigy AI, conversational or agentic AI, SQL, integrations, monitoring, production readiness, troubleshooting, and application development or infrastructure standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, teaching, programming, analysis, and specification skills.
- Cloud certification preferred.

- Salary range is $94,100.00–$164,800.00 with potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
