Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality code across backend services and frontend user interfaces.
- Build browser-compatible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Develop backend services in Java and Go with attention to performance and data quality.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions involving scaling, reliability, and maintainability.
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot in the daily development workflow.
- Participate in code reviews, identify technical debt, break down development tasks, and collaborate with Product Management and Quality Assurance.
Requirements
- Be based in a Latin American country and have strong written and spoken English.
- Have 4+ years of full-stack software development experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
- Have solid experience with React, TypeScript, Java and/or Go, data structures, relational databases, and SQL; MySQL is preferred.
- Have hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Have experience working with microservices and a strong commitment to unit and functional testing.
- Cloud platform and application infrastructure familiarity, especially GCP, is an asset.
- Experience building AI-driven applications, agentic products, or LLM-based features, or using LangChain or Google ADK, is a strong asset.
- Have Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical aptitude gained through post-secondary education, hands-on experience, or both.
