Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and supporting Dataverse or SharePoint components.
- Implement data validation, user experience patterns, role-based access, error handling, auditability, and notifications.
- Build solution packages and participate in ALM, source control, release, and environment-promotion practices.
- Integrate applications with approved APIs, flat-file exports, SharePoint, Azure services, and enterprise data sources.
- Support peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT defect resolution, and production readiness.
- Document application configuration, support procedures, and user guidance.
- Design and implement architectural decisions, troubleshoot distributed or cloud services, and optimize performance and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and manage routine client concerns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building business applications with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Fx, connectors, solution packaging, and Power Platform ALM.
- Ability to implement complex forms, conditional workflows, and robust data-validation logic.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and secure integration practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and client communication skills.
- Experience with Power Platform in GCC High or regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.
