Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, including performance and user experience enhancements.
- Document development processes and code changes for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software components and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
