Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze problems and propose solutions for web-based data collection activities.
- Provide expert recommendations in the application of Perl CGI.
- Automate image transfer, storage, and conversion using DICOM.
- Mentor computer support technicians in troubleshooting web application issues.
- Advise clinical technicians on optimal application use.
- Update laboratory panels and ensure successful lab data transfer.
- Participate in meetings regarding study status and technical hurdles.
- Write reports and documentation related to programming tasks.
- Design and implement web-based data collection systems.
- Create systems for generating reports based on collected data.
- Perform database administration and management across web servers.
- Provide project management guidance for specific projects.
- Develop custom applications for data collection and analysis.
- Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot image analysis issues.
- Train users in applying systems and analysis methods.
Requirements
- Expertise in Perl CGI and web-based application development.
- Experience with DICOM for medical image data management.
- Strong programming skills in modern languages and frameworks.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians and programmers.
- Familiarity with database management and MySQL replication.
- Experience in project management and user support.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
