Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, and deploy software capabilities for communications, spectrum awareness, signal analysis, and secure networking applications.
  • Build backend data processing pipelines, automated analytics workflows, operator-facing applications, dashboards, and visualization tools.
  • Develop signal monitoring, anomaly detection, data analysis, operational reporting, signal processing, detection, classification, and geolocation capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain applications interfacing with communications networks, data platforms, and operational infrastructure.
  • Contribute to secure communications solutions, resilient network architectures, and broader system integration with systems, RF, communications, and software engineering teams.
  • Support software integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, configuration control, version management, and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes.
  • Create technical documentation, design artifacts, test plans, and user guides.
  • Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, capability demonstrations, proposal development, technical solution planning, and capability enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in software development, systems integration, communications systems, capabilities development, or a related technical field.
  • Experience delivering software across the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and sustainment.
  • Experience developing applications in complex technical or mission-critical environments.
  • Proficiency in software development, systems integration, and operational deployment practices.
  • Preferred experience in government, defense, aerospace, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Preferred experience with communications systems, cellular technologies, wireless networking, spectrum management, signal processing, data analytics, sensor data exploitation, geolocation, positioning, tracking, situational awareness, secure communications, resilient networks, RF data, or spectrum monitoring.
  • Familiarity with LTE, 5G, containerization, orchestrated deployment environments, and cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure deployments is preferred.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is preferred; eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship may be required based on program and contract requirements.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical ownership skills.
