Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to define software requirements and integration strategies.
- Integrate software components, firmware, and third-party libraries into operational systems.
- Develop and maintain software integration plans and automated deployment processes.
- Design automation scripts to enhance build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Manage software development and integration environments, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot software integration issues through root cause analysis.
- Support software verification and system-level testing activities.
- Maintain software build documentation and configuration management artifacts.
- Assist in software-hardware integration and validate system functionality.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software integration or related technical roles.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with software build, release, and deployment processes.
- Preferred experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Knowledge of software configuration management and release management best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
