Base Salary
$136k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze software and services to identify security requirements, model threats, and locate vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security code reviews and recommend remediation for vulnerabilities and insecure implementation.
- Contribute to runbooks, automation scripts, and security tooling for detecting and responding to security issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into design, testing, and deployment.
- Communicate security risks and drive actionable outcomes with technical and leadership stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience with web protocols, common security attacks, and remediation.
- Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing and exploit development or equivalent experience.
- Experience solving basic problems by writing code or scripts with some assistance.
- Preferred: experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
