Salesforce Developer
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Write Apex and Lightning Web Components code and work with Aura and Flows.
- Use AI tools and intelligent agents to improve engineering productivity, automate workflows, and enhance code quality.
- Embed AI across software development, testing, debugging, and optimization processes.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and participate in code reviews.
- Debug complex issues across frontend and backend layers.
- Build and configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and reports.
- Develop integrations, data migrations, and automation workflows.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, Experience Cloud, integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across application layers.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, DevOps practices, secure coding, and platform security.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools or a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Preferred experience includes large data volumes, performance optimization, data processing or data engineering, design patterns, scalable architecture, Agile/Scrum, and AI-driven development frameworks or tooling.
