Responsibilities

  • Design distributed, low-latency services for ingesting, processing, and aggregating data.
  • Build integrations with Slack, Salesforce, Tableau, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Develop analytics that identify trends and sentiment in free-form text using natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
  • Create widgets and visualizations for dashboards and reports.
  • Architect and deliver scalable, robust full-stack SaaS solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, tech operations, product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in software engineering, including software design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Scala.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Angular or Node.js.
  • Knowledge of SQL/MySQL and database or data-storage technologies.
  • Ability to work legally in the job location without current or future Qualtrics sponsorship.
