Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery, scoping, solution design, and the technical narrative from first call through close.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tied to customer compliance, onboarding, and underwriting workflows.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for new client deployments.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and coordinate with engineering, product, and data teams on integrations and technical issues.
- Create customer training programs, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
- Capture post-implementation feedback and translate customer use cases into product roadmap input.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and improve account health.
- Stay current on FinTech, RegTech, AI, KYB, KYC, AML, fraud detection, and SMB lending trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation within FinTech, RegTech, or a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions.
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React, with experience supporting integration scoping, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
- Working knowledge of AI applications in FinTech; experience with KYB, KYC, AML, fraud, or identity verification workflows is advantageous.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with competing timelines and technical requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, independence, and customer-focus skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
- Startup or high-growth software environment experience is a plus.
