Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Consult directly with clients as a Cordial platform subject matter expert and recommend best practices aligned with their business goals.
- Guide clients through Cordial platform implementations, third-party integrations, RESTful API integration, and JavaScript Snippet implementation.
- Design data structures for downstream integration with Cordial’s object model and enable dynamic scripting and machine learning capabilities.
- Identify technical and business issues, propose solutions, handle incidents and escalations, and create repeatable processes and documentation.
- Manage internal stakeholders, external client expectations, project timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, Sales, Engineering, Experience Management, and executive teams.
- Document completed project work in an accessible framework for internal teams, clients, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- At least four years of professional services experience.
- Track record of successful implementations and client project management.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
- Ability to read and write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PHP or another programming language.
- Ability to use browser developer tools.
- Understanding of the differences between SQL and NoSQL.
- Ability to handle complex technical issues, business challenges, incidents, escalations, and exceptions professionally.
- Comfort working with senior marketers, IT and systems integrators, and marketing technology and services partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and priorities.
- Preferred experience in enterprise marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, or enterprise client environments.
- Experience delivering results in a dynamic, autonomous startup environment.
