Responsibilities
- Partner with messenger app teams to design ChatGPT-powered experiences.
- Deepen existing partner integrations focusing on user experience and retention.
- Build prototypes, integration guides, and launch checklists for partners.
- Debug API, latency, authentication, and user-experience issues.
- Translate privacy and data-handling requirements into technical plans.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable partner launches.
- Capture patterns from integrations to create reusable playbooks.
- Travel internationally to meet with partners during key milestones.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with daily coding experience.
- Experience building or deploying API integrations with external partners.
- Strong product sense and design judgment for consumer-facing experiences.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous product ideas without over-specifying.
- Clear communication skills with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable debugging distributed systems and performance issues.
- Commitment to user trust, privacy, and product quality.
- Ability to balance urgency with attention to detail.
