Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, investigate problem areas, and recommend system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and status updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Respond to customer requests and track faults while maintaining quality customer interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, programming-language training, and skill-upgradation certifications.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Mainframe.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to code, debug, test, automate validation, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to create accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to support customer-focused delivery and maintain software quality assurance standards.
