Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Research, analyze, and document findings while supporting engineering teams.
- Evaluate code for validity, structure, standards alignment, and operating-system compatibility.
- Participate in test review, analysis, witnessing, and software certification.
- Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality software.
Requirements
- Hands-on exposure to Golang and Python.
- Exposure to Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages, software development tools, version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to new technologies and processes, and communicate effectively.
